How do I import shared calendars from outlook?

Hi,

For shared Exchange accounts you have delegate access to: In iCal open Preferences > Accounts tab, select the Exchange account and select the Delegates tab and select the calendars you want to see.

Can someone break thsi down for me please. We are using small business server 2011 and everyone has a windows pc but me, I have a MBP. in outlook I can opend shared calendars no problem but when I try to us the "delegate" tab in ical's preferences nothing comes up. I cant neither share y calendar or open ones that have been shared with me. The only way aound this at this point is that I have to physically add their accounts on my MBP but I don't want to do this as this can be invading privacy since I can also get their mails. I know I can untick email when i add their accounts but the fact that I still ahve the option to tick it annoys me as I wouldnt want others doing this with my account. Can someone point me in the right direction here.

P.S. One of my colleagues bought a MBP yesterday and his was as simple as plug and play. He can share his calendar and open shared ones with ical but I still cant he his. We are both running lion. I'm starting to think this is more of a server issue with permissions or something, mind you I have basic computer knowledge.

Anyone able to tell me how I can add a meeting/event to a shared calendar in Office 2011 for Mac? Thanks!
