You can try

• Check you are having sufficient RAM avilable with your system. And also check RAM is properly inserted to its expansion slot or not.
• With your Mac OS X startup disk repair disk and permission.
• Try to rul out Startup items or Login items because corrupted or incompatible Startup items can cause this kernel panic issue with Mac.
• Check the driver compatibility and the hadrware used is current or not and also check connections of cables are proper or not.
• Remove an incompatible, defective, or corrupted third-party applications

I don't have any problems with 10.7.4 until I ran Parallels 6

It crashes the system.

It's not a memory problem. I have 16GB of of it on the same Mac.

It's about Parallels.

Send them report, but I don't think they would roll out any update ever.

I have't got any updetes from them after version 7 release.

after install OS X 10.6.3 it says installation done, and then when i restart after first login,im getting this kernel error and i cant get in to desktop, i erased many times my partition's and reinstall OS X but after install its the same error and...
