Please launch the Console application and navigate to /Library/Logs/PanicReporter. Post the most recent panic log.

Your problem is probably caused by one or more third-party kernel extensions. Without a panic log, I can't tell you anything about what those might be. Search for files ending in ".kext". They might be hidden inside applications, preference panes, or other bundles.

There is something you can do if you can still boot in "unsafe" mode and stay up for at least a few minutes.

Launch the Terminal application. Into the window that opens, drag or copy the text below, then press Return:

kextstat -kl | awk ' !/apple/ { print $6 } '

Post the output of the command.

You should not be having kernel panics on a 3 week old Mac. Suggest you following the instructions mentioned in the "You need to restart your computer" (kernel panic) message appears (Mac OS X v10.5, 10.6) Article.

If the KP continue after doing the above, you should call Apple tech support ASAP.

Uninstall the Little Snitch product and test again.
