convert formula to value in Numbers v1

my timesheet has formulas everywhere for OT, sick, vacation etc. Is there a way at the end of the week to make a cell the actual value instead of the formula without having to just type in the formula again. Using iWork '08 Numbers. It would be nice if you could just type CMD + / or some shortcut that would make the cell a number, not a formula.

Copy followed by Paste Values will replace the formula with the number. You can select multiple cells and do them all at once. In System Preferences you can make a keyboard shortcut for Paste Values so you don't have to go to the menu to use it.
