iphone 4 "how to"'s and tutorial's
I purchased a new iphone 4 and am having trouble figuring out basic things like: sorting mail to junk box, safari, ect. Where do I find the "how to"'s for iphone 4?

Maybe I should be more specific, because these threads aren't helping.
I have a mac and use "mail" (the one that came with mac. On my laptop, I have a "junk" mailbox, why doesn't it appear in the iphone when I synced it? How do I add the junk box?
I don't have a safari app or a way to access internet without going through another app - do I download a safari app?
