No sound only during phone calls??

This is a very common problem, it should be either a factory recall or a "group" action.

What did you do in this case? i have the same problem, i have bought my iphone in USA and i live In Albania. If you have a choose please contact me also 😀

I'm having the exact same problem!! Only I have the updated iOS 7.0.4.... It's been going on for about 4 days now and it's getting worse ! I've tried everything !

This fixed the problem with my iPhone 5S running version 8.3 I did have to power off and on to get it to take affect.

Dear oh God, I'm going crazy over this!

While talking to my sister on the phone, I realized that she can no longer lear me. Things got back to normal only when i used my hands free. The microphone is tested normal, the whatsapp call is normal. But the phone call is impossible. The other party cannot hear me; when using speakerphone, they hear a deafening beep from my side!

I have an iPhone 7, updated to the last version of iOS.

I tried restarting, removing the cover, changing into a new Apple ID, resetting Network Settings... Nothing works! I've bought this a few days ago and it was working perfectly fine.

For the love of God, help to save my sanity!

Can't believe it, but taking the film/plastic off is what worked for me too, after trying most every other reasonable suggestion out there. Thanks! Duh!
