HI, i'm having a hard time find a simple "screenblanker"(mabye text or a clock) screensaver saver that I can have on while listening to music. My problem is all the apple original screen savers, they all turn off when I ajust my music volume! And i dont want this to happen Anyluck?
Command + t = activate/deactivate visualizer
Press / (?) while visualizer is running for a full list of things you can do in it.
On the help screen, you'll see that you can press M to change modes, P to change palettes, N to toggle nebula mode on and off, and much more.
+ and -: Increase or decrease the intensity (brightness) of the particles; multiple presses further increase or decrease the intensity.
A and S: Add or Subtract particles to the visualizer. You can make the visualizer as complex (or sparse) as you wish.
R: Reset the intensity and particle count to their default values.
E: When in nebula mode (press N), this greatly accentuates the nebula clouds, making them very easy to see. (If you've used the M key to change modes, you may find that the nebula clouds aren't visible; it seems they're only used in certain modes.)

I have a very cool suggestion for you:
1: Download the free SoundStream screeensaver and install it, set it as your screensaver.

2: Next open AppleScript Editor and paste this script in:

4: Now Save the script "DeskScreen" as a Application to your Utilities Folder and drag a alias to the Dock.
5: Hide the Dock (optional)
6; Play iTunes and enable the "DeskScreen" and enjoy, uses your microphone and the sound to create effects.
7: To stop the effect, just click the "DeskScreen" icon in the Dock again and it turns off. You have full use of the computer too.
8: Works with most screensavers. Eats CPU/GPU, so you might want to cut it off when your using the machine for heavy duty programs.

FOUND IT!!! http://allocsoft.com/fadetext/ works great, and changing the volume does not effect it.
You could use a remote for your volume, or if you have iphone, ipod or ipad, you could use wifi with the Remote app.
This looks like a visualizer.
That's what itunes visualizer is for.
sorry this was not what i was looking for. I'm looking for a simple text screen saver ... black screen with 3D TEXT mabye?... My problem is i do not want the screen saver to deactivate when I change the volume!??
Shouldn't Doesn't effect volume changes on keyboard.
