Unable to download app on my iPad 2 today

Help needed i have 67 apps that need to update. when i click on update all only 15 show yp in this box......Help what's wrong this is on mu imac in itunes

I am having the same problem. When I click on an app to download it starts the download but then just dissapears. Please could someone out there assist??

I having the same problem but I can log in to iTunes after I log out.However,the problem is still not solved after a few times of logging in and out

I have the same problem. Since some time now on myiPad. But none on my iPhone - same iOS... Nome of the tips works. I might really reset my device - but do not want to :-) but as long as I download/update apps on my PC in iTunes and sync my iPad, I am ok. This is not a long-term solution though...

This is really an Apple-sided problem and reading om the Net, many people have problems with this from time to time - on seamingly all i-devices. Apple really needs to give a work-around and a permament fix / how-to description to us users :-)

Exact same problem for me. It's a pain in the rear end to have to sync and then manually transfer the updated app instead of getting it directly on the iPad2. Come on, Apple, tell us what's going on!

I solved the problem of the 'waiting' apps by deleting the podcasts in iTunes on my iPad2. Somehow these podcasts blocked downloading apps over the air.

Thank you for this suggestion! I'm embarrassed to say I do not know how to delete a podcast from my iPad2. Thanks so much in advance for helping.

In the podcast section of iTunes you'll see a grey square with a little circle in it. That's the delete button.

I had the same problem. Any hanging download (at least of podcasts) can be stoppes by swiping left or right on the item itself. It will then show a delete button. Hit that. That's what I did after having found out how to... And now - still - my iPad is acting all-ok again :-)

I cannot download app updates on an Ipad 2 in the US. I do not have any podcasts pending (I do not have any podcast subscriptions at all). I have:

• reset my Apple ID password twice
• signed out and signed back in.
• signed out, and signed back in on Game Center (and separately on ibooks)
• terminated running apps
• Done a hard reset on ipad (NOT a reset to factory settings)
• Reset my network settings (Settings/General/Reset)
• Re-entered my credit card info in my ipad

Nothing has fixed this so far. Do I have a defective ipad 2? How many more are out there with this problem?

Well, I tried deleting the podcast on my iTunes and immediately the waiting sign changed to loading

So it works.

I still have issues with backing up on my pc, can someone help?

I got the same problem but I solved it by connecting my I pad 2 to the iTunes and renown loan all pending application and it done

Also do not ever press update all in your app store, if did it will come back again
