Well, the main issue here. Connect Comand Online to the internet by linking it via Bluetooth to the iPhone.

Sadly no text messaging on my 2010 C300 with no Command.

I have a new Mercedes model (this year's ML) - no resolution and no sign of it. Mercedes could easily update their cradle or implement a solution, yet they don't.

Perhaps no one told them that they don't need an Enigma anymore. 🙂

Delete the iPhone from Comand and re-sync! And it only works without the cradle.

Why no App? Because Apple does not want 3rd Partys to manipulate bluetooth protocols?

Let's face facts though, the iPhone has only been around for a few years, so we can hardly expect MB to get up to speed inside 4 years... they aren't miracle workers...

There is zero chance of MB updating the firmware. If they were going to do it then they would have done so by now as it has been an issue for a very long time.

I agree, your answer is correct and makes alot of sense. Thats the only reason and Mercedes are very slow in implementing this.

DUN hasn't been a problem for quite some time. I have an iPhone 5 with iOS7 and it works perfect in both of my MB's. It was seemless when I upgraded, did not have to pair again. : )

Is there an update because this does NOT work for me and there is nothing online from Mercedes to indicate that they have fixed this.
