Xcode 4.0.2 install failed with error: "An error occurred while extracting files from the package “DeveloperTools.pkg”

hi,

I purchased Xcode 4.0.2 from AppStore and tried to install it, but a failure occured on install process.

I'm using Mac OS X 10.6.7 (10J4138), MacBook Pro (15-inch early 2011).

There's message in /var/log/install.log.

I removed "Install Xcode" and re-download it (at least three times),

but the same error occured.

I've checked known issue (http://developer.apple.com/support/xcode/).

Yes, I'm using System in Japanese locale.

But log message seems to be different, so it's not the case (I think).

Any idea?

Yes, there're two partition.

One is for Mac OS X, one is for Windows 7(64bit, bootcamp).

But, I think, parted disk cause no error like that.

It says ".pkg file is corrupt", doesn't it?

I have the identical issue while trying to install XCode 4.1 on Lion.

The log say:
