Can someone post a step by step for dummies on how to turn on the music part og iCloud in iTunes 10.3 and IOS 4.3?
From my iPad I found out how to see and manually download music not on my iPad but in the Cloud.
But from iTunes I cannot see , let alone download, music bought on iPad.
Also no automatice synch in any direction.

Open iTunes on your computer and go to the iTunes Store. On the right under "Quick Links" you should see a new option "Purchased" marked as new. Click that and you should be able to view your purchased apps, books and music and options to view "all" and "not in my library"
Yes available, No for Music. Only Apps and Books are available iCloud options for Canadians. The Music option is not seen in my iTunes Mac and iPad.

Movies are not yet (if ever) available anwyhere in iCloud.
