How to Make Text Flash
I would like to make my text flash. I have tried using several glowing effects to no avail.
Final Cut Express 4.1-OTHER, Mac OS X (10.6)
Do you mean make your text blink on and off?
Effects Tab > Video Filters > Video > Blink and adjust the rate with the filter's controls.
Or do you mean something else?
