Paying with a Vanilla Visa

I have a vanilla visa card. And I used it to buy some songs, but when I went to check how much I had left on the card ( at vanillavisa.com ) it says that I still have $50, which is how much the card is worth. So will it ever charge me, or will it disable my account? Or will anything happen?

I wish I could help other than suggesting to never use Visa Vanilla with i-Tunes again. I used one and bought 50 dollars of songs and got screwed. Now I have 0 dollars on the card and $-39.92 with i-Tunes...which means NO buying anything, not even free things, and $35 of itunes cards frozen in my account.
