iphone development using xcode 3.2 on Snow Leopard

I installed xcode 3.2 from the Snow Leopard disk but it doesn't seem to have any templates for iphone app development. Isn't this available in the xcode that ships with the snow leopard disk?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.7), XCode 3.2

Sure, but what about the xcode_3.2.6_and_ios_sdk_4.3.dmg available from http://developer.apple.com/devcenter/ios/index.action ? I'm currently downloading it from there.

This link http://iphonesdkdev.blogspot.com/2010/04/old-versions-of-iphone-sdk.html seems to indicate that there are 3 more versions released after xcode 3.2.6 + ios 4.3

If you want iOS SDKs/tools as well, you can buy it from the Mac App Store or download free with a paid Developer Account via the Dev Center.

Not to split hairs, but the Xcode 3.2.6 and iOS SDK 4.3 that the OP is downloading is available with a free developer account, it does not require a paid iOS developer account. XCode 4 requires a paid iOS developer account or the App Store purchase.

I personally would spring for the $5 to use the current version unless this is just for temporary one-time usage.
