Safari does not let me log into website.
Hello.
I am using Safari 5.0.5 and Mac OS X 10.6.7. I am able to visit and peruse through www.completecurriculum.com using Safari, Firefox and Chrome.
I have an account and need to be able to log into my account and view pdf's and save them for my daughter's schoolwork.
The problem? I cannot log in to my account using Safari or Chrome on my iMac. I CAN log in on my husband's MacBook Pro, but, I need to be able to use my iMac.
I CAN use Firefox to log in on my iMac, however, once logged in, I cannot view pdf's in the browser. I get the message that my browser does not support pdf's. I have searched several sites and tried different plugins, but to no avail. Very frustrated as I have wasted several days trying to get this to work on my iMac.
Have installed, uninstalled and reinstalled: Safari and Adobe. Have already seen this link and tried several of the approaches: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/328/328233.html.
I would really like to be able to use Safari on my iMac to login AND view pdf's. Or be able to use Firefox to login AND view pdf's...basically, I just want my computer to work like I know it should.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.7)
