IPAD IS FROZE

hi i had the say proble it was frozen top ssceen was blue and was fron did what u said hold down both button main power and the start button and it rebbooted and started right back up

I just posted a message for help, but then saw this thread on frozen iPads. I did the hard reset, and it worked, just like the others said. Thanks to all of you who posted that remedy. The trick is to hold the on/off button and the sleep/wake button at the same time, and keep holding them until the apple pops on. Works great! I thought I was going to have to go back to BB to get help.

I hit the home button time comes on at bottom slide to unlock,then it slides to passcode.witch I have forgot.

When I hold home button down and the one on the side it gos to a red screen then to a black page with an apple logo on it!

I have the same problem. I can only see the Apple Logo and the bar under that has not moved for hours. I have press the reboot button and the sleep button and nothing happens.

Have you tried recovery mode as on that link ?

hang on a minute, why does you cant get windows 7 on an ipad!!!!!
