really do not need it, my editing style is based on key frames. impossible to do it on FCPX, would like to return it.

I've emailed them twice now in three days about getting a refund and have still to receive a reply. I seriously want me hard-earned cash back because this software in nowhere near what I was hoping for (by a wide margin). If I do not get a refund I will never make Apple my first port of call again. I'll upgrade machines but I will avoid as much as I possibly can. While I have suspected their rush towards the bottom line for a while, I didn't quite expect it here. They have more than surpassed themselves on this.
