I am trying to tether my iPhone 4 to my iPad, been following instructions, all updates in place (4.3.3) the tethering plan paid for and ready, but when I go to the settings-general-network there is no words saying personal hotspot. I have seen other people's iPhones, and this does show up on theirs, but not on mine! Any ideas?

Sorry but if you had bothered to notice on your part that the last post before mine someone did mention that they
updated to 5.0 yet they still couldnt find the Personal hotspot and that is why I BOTHERED to even move my fingers to type something that might help others.
Go to Settings > General > Network > Cellular Data Network. Check if the APN settings for Internet Tethering has been set. If you are not sure, use the same as your Cellular Data APN setting. It should show up after you fill that in. Try closing the settings app and reopen after if it still doesn't show up after you set the Internet Tethering configuration
