1. download Nokia OVI suite

2. Install and connect your Nokia phone using USB to your PC/Laptop

3. Now start OVI Suite and sync your Nokia Phone contacts with outlook/Windows contact..

4. Now downlaod itune.

5. Connect your Iphone using USB Cable to your PC/Laptop

6. Start Itune Sync your iphone with Outlook/Windows Contact

And done!

my problem solved.

I summarized like the following:

In the Nokia PC Suite:

Tool == Options == Contacts == tick the MS outlook == OK.

by this all the names will transfer to oulook program.

In the itune program:

Select your device name in the left pannel == in the middle of the window pane select ( Info ) == then tick Outlook == Sync.

Is there any chance I can transfer contacts from Nokia Suite without the actual phone? My Nokia died, so my contacts are only in Nokia Suite...Thank you!
