I have a problem with Viber as follows, I have an iPhone 5, latest operating version etc, I installed Viber originally, all seemed fine then I ended up re-installing it after uninstalling it, because I was checking I'd left the 0 out of country code. All seemed ok, it wouldn't however accept the original code (which I received via telephone) and I received the usual error message. I've waited for the recommended time to re-install, it has not accepted the original activation code so I've waited again for the recommended period of time and I had another activation code (via SMS), it didn't accept this, I've repeated this process again after waiting, and received the same code (SMS), however it won't accept this or the previous code. I've repeated this and received another code (via SMS) this doesn't work either. So I then received another code (via call back) which doesn't work either.
I now have 4 codes, none work, I have exhausted Vibers troubleshooting guidelines and had hoped I may be able to get this App working within a week but it's appearing unlikely.
Please don't direct me to the Troubleshooting site as I really am losing the will to live with this.
I live in hope that one day, one of my codes will be accepted, I'm getting the SMS's and call-backs so my number is ok and it has actually worked once.
Will I have to wait for another period of time before I try something else?
Is this usual?
