Do I have to pay a full price if Apple sends me another ipod for a repair?

For warranty exchange, you only have to pay for shipping. For out of warranty exchange you have to pay the following plus shipping:

Well my ipod needed the lcd screen repaired because of liquid damage. Does that mean I have to pay for that repair and not the full price?
You pay Apple's exchange price, not the full price for a new iPod.

Did you mean to link to a third-party repair shop, lllaass? The OP said s/he has already sent the iPod to Apple.
The following :
http://support.apple.com/kb/index?page=servicefaq&geo=United_States&product=ipod
says:
An iPod that is ineligible for warranty service may be eligible for Out-of-Warranty (OOW) Service. For example, an iPod that has failed due to damage or liquid damage is ineligible for warranty service but eligible for OOW service. However, certain damage is ineligible for OOW service, including catastrophic damage, such as the device separating into multiple pieces, and inoperability caused by unauthorized modifications. Please see Apple's Repair Terms And Conditions for further details.
As long as the damage was not catastrophic, I would say you would pay the reduce cost, not full price.
thank you both so much this will help me a lot.
