I have a pre-paid credit card on file for I-Tunes.
3 questions:
1) How would I go about finding what my bill is?
2) How would I apply this manually?
3) Can I apply payment to this bill through an Apple advisor by phone?
1) You should get a receipt within a few days of your purchases or you can check your purchase history.
2) You cannot. You are billed/charged as you go.
3) No. There is no phone support for itunes.
And if you exhausted your prepaid credit card and have a balance outstanding, you'll need to clear it by entering in a new credit card (either a standard one or a prepaid card) or redeeming a prepaid iTunes card large enough to clear the entire balance (the Store from reports does not register partial payments). You cannot clear an outstanding balance by phone.

Did you happen to notice the date on the other posts? Or that roaminggnome already said that same thing you did, in his post from July of last year?
