Using Seagate GoFlex Satellite with iPad 2 ?

I just bought a Seagate GoFlex Satellite drive and copied some movies. I noticed that audio and video are not in sync. Anybody noticed this issue ? I tried with several videos. Movies play fine when copied from iTunes to iPad or when played from Apple TV.

MacBook Pro 17-inch 2.3GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7, Mac OS X (10.6.6), IPad 2 64GB Wi-Fi + 3G

You should probably go to the Seagate.com forums. I have heard of similar issues with these, and you will probably have to get a firmware update from Seagate for your device, if they are not able to help you resolve it in the forums.
