Charging vibration my MacBook pro

When I charge my MacBook pro using a lower frequency (100) than within my country (240) it seems there is a vibration in the chassis (left and right to the mousepad). Sounds that familiar to someone or do you know whether this could cause any damage?

MacPro, Mac OS X (10.6.5)

Let me make this simple for you. You get a new computer. You plug it in. You get a mild shock. How would you know the remedy is to use the included extension? Is it normal to get a shock in the first place?


If you don't understand there is a problem here, then there is really nothing more to be said.

That is a sign of poor service wiring, but I don't live in your house, I am happy to say.
