pictures off IPhone

can i plug my IPhone into a kiosk with my usb charger and print pictures right off my phone?

If that kiosk actually is a computer (Win or Mac), yes. Otherwise no.

what if its one of the kiosks at a walmart or other picture studio in a department store? I am not sure if they are computers

No. Unless that type of kiosk has an app on the App Store that allows its users to print pictures etc (I doubt it).

As none of the helpful people here on the forum knows what kind of kiosk you plan to visit, i think its best if you check with the owner of the kiosk if this is possible.
