This may seem like a basic thing, but in my iTunes Store acct, it shows I have a 4.32 Apple ID balance. How do I use that? I went to purchase a song and of course it asks for my method of payment. There is not an option for using this balance.

Also having this issue. Entered the code to buy Lion at the App Store. No download, no way to use the credit. Hope someone gets an answer.
