Choppy Scrolling in Lion
I'm experiencing choppy scrolling in Lion on my early 2008 iMac. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any remedies?
I also own an 11-inch Macbook Air and the scrolling seems better on that machine.
I was experiencing delays of around 200ms when scrolling in any application in OSX Mavericks 10.9.2 and the tip from @_bast_ worked great for me:
try deleting these files:
User/[yourName]/]Library/Preferences/
com.apple.driver.AppleBluetoothMultitouch.mouse.plist
com.apple.driver.AppleBluetoothMultitouch.mouse.plist.lockfile
com.apple.driver.AppleHIDMouse.plist
then restart
