Lion and Magic Trackpad: drag lock gone?

Generally loving the Lion update... but where did some of the trackpad options go?

"Tap to click" is still there... but what about dragging and drag lock? You used to be able to double-tap-and-hold, and then you could drag an item with the pointer locked down. Another tap would release the drag lock.

I hope this is not gone for good...

Allow me to set a record for elapsed time in retracting a question...

The options for tap to drag and for drag lock have been moved to the Universal Access preferences:

System Preferences:Universal Access:Mouse & Trackpad:Trackpad Options

This did not work for me... I clicked the Drag and Drop in the Universal Access section, and am able to do drag and drop in a couple of applications, but still cannot do it in Finder or on the Desktop. I'm using an iMac 10.7.3 with a bluetooth trackpad bought from Apple about 6 months ago. It was working fine, and started this nonsense only a couple of weeks ago. Help!!!

Echoing everyone else's comments. Thank you so much!

Just one addition. Pretty minor difference but on my English (UK!) Mac, It is under (Apple Icon, top LHS screen) -> System Preferences -> Accessibility -> Trackpad options (button) .

I have submitted feedback using this page

afaict there is no inbuilt MacOS application or setting for providing feedback but if I missed it can someone point it out. thanks.
