Lion - Horrible MacBook Pro Battery Life

After upgrading to Lion, my MacBook Pro battery life has been severly affected. After 1.5 hours of light web browsing, my battery has decreased to 40% from 100% after charging all night.

Notes: Spotlight completed indexing the hard drive over night, and the laptop remained plugged in charging. The fans seem to be running normally, not at a higher rate. The backlight is at 50% brightness.

Thoughts?

10.7.1 installed - don't see any difference with battery life

10.7.1 was released about 1 hour before you installed it, how on earth could you detect any battery life change when there hasn't even been enough time to go through 1 cycle??

Very simple, it is still use discrete video card using skype for example, as a result remaining time at full battery is about 3 hours.

Same issue. I opened mine after a full charge and the battery indicator read 0%. I was able to work on it for about another 45 minutes then it shut down with no warning. I've tried everything on the forum and it does the something. Also, it is a new battery and now it's showing battery needs service....only sometimes though...VERY FRUSTRATING
