sync problem Lion to iPhone

iphone 4 will not sync correctly with new Lion OS when syncing calendar on iPhone with iCal on Mac.

Under old scheme, new info on iPhone would sync with Mac, new info on Mac would sync with Iphone.

Under new OS (10.7 - Lion) no iPhone sync with Mac, but Mac will update iPhone.

This needs to be a two way street....

I am using all native hardware/software no windows or outlook or outside syncing software..

anybody having this problem?

iPhone 4, Mac OS X (10.7)

Hey SeanBurke1979,

I'm a mac newbie. I did your command line in the terminal and it ****** up my new Imac.

My Iphone 3G is still not in sync with nothing + display is really slow now + my Logic 9 projects can't find any plugins + i lost core audio etc...`

I would be happy if you had a solution to revert back before i type this **** command line. Thanks

Hi

My problem was that I had successfully syched once but nothing thereafter. I read all of the previous guidance, to no avail. I exported my ical and contacts into a new user account and re-synched and it worked.

After a long telephone conversation with the IMac european expert, I was instructed to remove a couple of files which had become corrupt, via my own user account and then everything worked fine.

In summary, if the forum guidance doesn't work, contact Apple.
