CD not in CDDB database

Hi friends,
I have two questions:
1. some of my CD's are not found in the CDDB due to slight variations of some track durations. E.G. Graceland, Paul Simon. The CD IS included in the database, but not found.
What can I do to avoid the full editing of the text data (ID Tags)?
2. Some of my CD's are NOT included in the database and I have
entered all the information concerning title, interpret, etc... (E.g. Tangos Y Milongas of Gabriel Rivano).
In order to help other users of the CDDB I wanted to upload the new CD to the database CDDB. That was not possible.
Do you know hao to do it?
