I have a $0.92 balance on my iTunes account and I want to change my country ,but I can't do that til I clear my balance !! I want to know what should I do so that I can change my country or how to clear my balance scince there are nothing in the stores that worth 0.92$ ?
By the way, I don't want to open a new account because I don't want to lose all the apps and games I bought !!

but i 'm not credit or debit card for US store; i use gift card always in this account and not less $0.99 product in the store. i cant spend my $0.12 or $0.92 or less than $0.99 balance ?!

Buy something that costs more than $.92. The balance will be applied to your credit card.

The only way to clear that balance is to contactiTunes Customer Service. They will zero it out, and then you will be able to change country.
