How do you 'Save As' in Pages? I am running lion on my iMac and have loaded the upgrade for Pages and it appears the 'save as' function has gone.

Can anyone enlighten me?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Ah! - I thought you were a 'ghoul,' --- Thanks for the confirmation.

Re: MS Office & me: As you say: "You have the wrong end of the stick on just about everything, including me."

It's almost funny...except that rather than using forums to help people and solve problems you use it in pathetic attempts acting like you're some 'Crocodile" Dundee, or something. When actually your just a pile of crock.

A better question, btw, about why Arizona is noted for having many winter visitors and retirees (no snow) -- a better question is why Australia has so many of it's citizens leaving the country?User uploaded file

You're certainly no Apple genius, that's for sure.

Over & Out, mate.

Australians are blessed with a sense of adventure, an outward looking approach to life and sense of curiosity.

The world is our home, and we have nearly all done our stint O.S., something you obviously find unusual but we don't.

All of which is totally irrelevant.

What have you done in these forums, aside from silly name calling and starting unnecessary arguments with people who don't necessarily disagree with you?

I certainly haven't seen you help anyone.

Peter,

Next time you make it to the states, check the Grand Canyon. I've traveled to six of the seven continents and it's definitely one of my--top ten-- favorites. If you like lakes, I highly suggest you visit Lake Powell.

American's decisons to retire to various locations vary greatly, not unlike Australians. Some prefer cities, others prefer the beauty of the mountains, oceans, lakes, weather or culture.

Last year I spent six months in Sidney (great city) and had the opportunity to visit Perth and Java. Austrailia is nice but many Kiwi's would not agree.

In Arizona, and throughout the Unites States, we have "Estate Taxes". I believe these are similiar to "death duties"; however, I can't speak intelligently about the specifics of Australian Tax Code. Property taxes are levied in all 51 states.

I didn't understand your question, did you mean "pretty" or "petty"? If you meant the latter, I can't say one is "prettier" than the other.

Peter, you have allot of knowlege and are a great resource. I don't understand why you're being hostile to 60wpm.

For the sake of goodness, please play nice.

We have no death/estate duties and have a much simplified tax regime compared with the States. No-one I know moves anywhere based on tax, which seems to be a concern in the States.

There are parts of Arizona that are stunning to visit, but my views of it as a retirement location are colored by Phoenix, which is where most of the retirees end up.

I am not a saint nor do I have the patience of one.

Americans have a notion of service forbearance (based on sub-subsistence wages and having to beg for tips) that we don't have. I am not paid to do this and believe respect is a two way street. The insufferable sense of entitlement that so many assume, is not going to go far with me.

After 60wpm attacked Peggy for simply daring to disagree I lost all sympathy I may have had for him/her.

If 60wpm doesn't like this, and it is obvious there is a lot that 60pwm "doesn't like", that's their problem.

Peter
