Save a pdf to iPhoto option gone for good?

You used to be able to save a pdf file to iphoto when you would print a document and in the left hand corner where there is a pdf option box, you could save your document as a pdf into iphoto, making it a .jpg file automatically.

This feature is not available in OS X Lion anymore that I can tell.

DO NOT BUY OS X LION! It's a joke.

OS X LION-OTHER, Mac OS X (10.7)

You can add this using Automator:

- Run automator, select File->New, chose Print Plugin

- From the PDFs part of the library drag "Render PDF Pages as Images" to the workflow on the right, set resolution to 200.

- From the Photos part of the library drag "Import Files into iPhoto" to the workflow section.

- Save the workflow

That should get you back this feature.

This is great when in any other App but PDF. Anyway to take a existing PDF and make it a JPEG, without going back to your original doc and now under the print conmmand resave "PDF to iPhoto"

Note: "saving is not supported in PDF printing".."use Save instead"

Does PDF have export as....?
