Restore access permissions.

I am trying to restore my music folder from Time Capsule following a problem with the latest iTunes update, shorly after starting the restore a message saying

"I do not have access permission to continue" pops up. How do I change this ?

imac-MacBook Air-iPhone4-Apple TV-Time Capsule, Mac OS X (10.6.4)
