Every time I connect my iPhone 4 to iTunes and do sync , I find that time in iPhone's Clock has changed althought my computer time zone is set on Cairo's time and also my iphone's clock is set on Cairo's time so I do not know why itunes keep changing time in iphone's clock so I want to know how to prevent iTunes form changing time in iphone whith every sync process ??

If a sync is changing the time that would indicate the time or timezone on the computer is incorrect.
Verify the time and timezone on the computer again.
Also, enabling automatic time update on the device should eliminate the problem.
Settings > General > Date & Time > Set Automatically > On
Thank you but this did not fix my problem as when I enable automatic update on my device it change time also by increasing it by 1 hour more than real time in Egypt..and aslo I checked Time Zone in my PC and it is set on Egypt time zone however it when I connect iphone to PC ,iPhone's clock keep changing as I said before by incresing 1 hour !!!! but you should know that in my Country we used to use Daylight saving time system (Summer Time) before but this year our government stopped using this but I think that Apple still does not know about this so its products have problems with time here in Egypt 😟

Not until Apple releases an update to address the DST issue. To correct it on the computer the OS maker would also need to release and update for the DST changes.
Well, I am Egyptian too and have the EXACT problem
It is very funny that my BlackBerry does not have this problem and Apple should know better !
Even Microsoft knew about this problem and released update quickly that fixed it but Apple is still late as usual for pepole who in live Arab's countries and now I have to correct Clock manually after everytime I connect my iphone or my ipad to iTunes in my Pc 😠
Sometimes I forget to set the clock manually after connecting to iTunes and that causes me a lot of problems, missing appointments and whatnot
I have temporary solution to us till Apple fix this problem..Go to settings>>General>>Date & Time and set automatically to off and change time zone to Harare.. this should fix time problem.
Hi.. I'm Egyptian too and I have the same annoying problem everytime I connect to my laptop to sync my iPhone it keeps changing back time and the problem here in Egypt this year which makes me really frustrated is that they didn't change time in the summmer this year so if we adjust it to "set automatically" it will make it 1 hour later and even when we set it manually it changes back time when we sync.. 😠
So.. I found a temporary solution to my problem which might help you guys till the time changes back to winter's timing so here are the steps:
1. Open Settings>>General>>Date & Time
2. Open "Time Zone" and Set the time to "Cape Town" this is a country here in africa but it is 1 hour earlier than us.
3. when it is time for winter's timing just change it back to "Cairo, Egypt"
