Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Hello,
My iTunes Purchased page is blank. It just shows the Apps and Books icons. I am signed in on this iTunes, and this computer is authorized.
This only happens on my iTunes for Windows (Windows 7, 64-bit, 10.4). iTunes on my Mac (Lion) at home opens this page with no issue.

Figured it out.
I ran the iTunes Diagnostics, and it said that the Secure link to iTunes Store failed. So I clicked the Help button, and edited my Firewall, and all is good again.
Yes the installer has version 7.6.9 so it appears that 7.7 is the culprit. I believe Apple are aware of the problem so I guess I will have to accept an update at some stage or other.
This may be symptomatic of a larger problem. People are starting to report completely blank iTunes windows: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3273310?tstart=0
Tonight's iTunes update to v10.4.1.10 and Quicktime 7.7 works fine here.
