Hello. iTunes is stoping my mac from shuting down. Is there a way to deinstall all of iTunes and instell it new, so that it is a clean Version? I think there are some addons that cause the problem :S

Which addons... Did you add them...
If so Remove them...
I deinstalled them, but i think they are left there. Addons like visualisations or things that take benefit of iTunes, like lastfm or bowtie

Are you sure? But don't the iTunes Updates do the same?
I know that if you deinstall adium, it wont deinstall everything. The Addons are still in Adium after reinstalling, anyway. Ill give it a try 🙂

I allready read that. It fails at step one. You can't drag iTunes into the trash. The article is aged.

Probably a Good Idea to do a Permissions Repair with Disc Utility... Followed by a Restart...
