Can I save my apps/videos to a sd card or something?

Hi, I have a iPod Touch 4g 8gb on 4.3.3 and i have 3 movies I bought from iTunes. I also have a lot of apps. I sometimes go on long trips in the car/plane and would like to have all that stuff on my iPod but I I don't have enough memory. I was wondering if I could save my apps/movies to a SD/SDCH card? Thanks a lot.
