Lion wont let me Bootcamp!

Hi ever since i downloaded lion my bootcamp assistant says its not connected to the internet, when i obviously am, i was planning on putting win7 on my mac aswell and it just wont connect to the internet to let me get the windows support software.

this is the message i get,

Can't install Windows Support Software because you are not connected to the Internet.

when i run network diagnostics it says that the internet is connected.

idk what to do?
