How to resume downloads in Safari 5.1

I recently upgraded to Lion, and am in the process of downloading a game, however my download was interrupted when i needed to shut down my computer for the night. When I logged on this morning I assumed I could resume the download from the night before, and to my surprise I found out that I couldnt. In the old version of Safari there was a resume button in the downloads window - that seems to have disappeared in the new version. Any thoughts? Drives me mad when apple remove features when they add others.

Two ways I can think to try for on a mac

1. Sometimes due to the interruption there is an, "!" , at the top right of the iTunes window. Click it and it will allow you to restart the download, sometimes telling you what the error was e.g "err - 012" or something.

2. If you try to redownload it through normally going through the buying process, it should say you have already bought it but it hasn't downloaded.

At this stage it will ask you to go to downloads to restart/resume the downloading of the game, click okay and you will be brought to the downloads page and can restart/resume your download from there!
