Printing Shipping labels from Ebay

I can't figure out what discussion to put this in, hope I am in a good place to ask.

I sell on Ebay. I want to print my shipping labels from the site.

I have been trying to print First Class International shipping labels from ebay.

I run a MAC OS X 10.6.8. on a Mac Mini

Firefox or Safari

I get a blank form. I downloaded the latest Adobe and adobe flash player. Is there a Java program that I need too? I have done all my apple updates.

I have Javascript enabled on my preferences on both browsers.

A yellow bar opens on the label page that says I need a plugin, but I try to load new plug ins a window comes up with No suitable plug ins were found.

When I check on both FF and Safari, I have Javascript enabled.

I have asked on Ebay in 2 groups, and called ebay. No help, so thought I might find someone here who has been able to print labels from Ebay.

Thank you for any suggestions.

I have the same problem- I use Safari and it has happened in all of the os versions I've used, Snow Leopard, Lion, you name it. You would think after shelling out $2000 for a macbook things would work considering apple has the computer market cornered, but apparently not everyone is on the same page.

Anyways- this is how I made it work so I don't have to go to the post office to ship all international packages-

Go through the process to print your internationl label through ebay/paypal.

When the label appears in the pitney bowes page, there is a link to make the label appear larger in a new pop-up window (this link is right about the label.)

Open this link. Go through and take screen shots of each half-page (the international labels are 4 half pages.) That's shift-command-3.

I then open Photoshop (assumably any somewhat decent image manipulating software will work), create a new docurment that is 8.5 x 11, and cut and paste each half page (so you will do this twice, and end up printing two 8 1/2 x 11 photoshop images of the documents.) You have to do it by halves because the full 8 1/2 x 11 original will not fit on the screenshot.

It is a pain, but the documents are clear and legible, and it doesn't take that long. Not nearly as long as the post office does to fill out international forms. Also, now you can qualify for any online shipping discounts and your customer can track their packages much easier.

I found a solution that worked for me... I could see the label in the window, but clicking on the "Print" button did nothing... If you're in a similar situation, try this:

Right-click on the label and select "Save PDF As..." then save it to your desktop. Open the .pdf file in Adobe Reader and print it like normal... Worked perfectly for me.

Hope this helps,

L.

After years of going somewhere other than my house to print eBay international labels, I just found a solution that worked for me. I recently purchased a new mac mini and for some reason, I thought I would finally be able to print my international labels. I was a fool. A frustrated fool. Now I'm a fool for thinking I was a fool!

Here is what worked for me just a few minutes ago.

When you click print label and your print settings box comes up, choose advanced. Then Choose print as image.

The window that would normally show what is about to print was blank but, my USPS priority international label printed. First time in about 2 years I was able to print one. If your print settings window has the same options, it should work.

Good Luck
