I can't figure out what discussion to put this in, hope I am in a good place to ask.

I sell on Ebay. I want to print my shipping labels from the site.

I have been trying to print First Class International  shipping labels from ebay.

I run a MAC OS X 10.6.8.  on a Mac Mini

Firefox or Safari

I get a blank form. I downloaded the latest Adobe and adobe flash player. Is there a Java program that I need too? I have done all my apple updates.

I have Javascript enabled on my preferences on both browsers.

A yellow bar opens on the label page that says I need a plugin, but  I try to load new plug ins a window comes up with No suitable plug ins were found.

When I check on both FF and Safari, I have Javascript enabled.

I have asked on Ebay in 2 groups, and called ebay. No help, so thought I might find someone here who has been able to print labels from Ebay.

Thank you for any suggestions.

I've been having the same problem.  Google Chrome is the only browser that will let me print a USPS First Class International label, and even then it prints it smaller than normal.  USPS Priority International labels still can't be printed from Google Chrome, as it will only print one corner of the 2 full pages that I need to print.

I hope a solution comes soon, because it's driving me crazy!

I was beginning to think I was the only one! I did call ebay again, and lucked out getting a MAC user. She is supposed to contact me again to see if there is some fix. I will  post if I hear anything.

I had the same problem this morning - tried three times (and of course my Paypal account was billed 3 times for the label amount). I finally printed the form from the USPS website, but will have to go to the post office to pay the postage. I was able to print First Class International through Ebay before - wonder if it had something to do with the latest Safari update. Anyway, I appreciate you pursuing this - thanks!

I am having the same problem... has anyone found a fix that actually works? I have been on tech support with Apple, Ebay and Paypal for hours each... am getting nowhere. I updated everything. I upgraded to LION on my desktop. International labels stopped printing. I was able to print them on my laptop till one morning when I turned macbook pro on it said there was updates ready, so I installed them. Then went to print the labels and even the laptop would not print them. I think it has something to do with the updates to safari that were just installed then.

I don't know what to do... I can't keep going to the library to print my labels, I have a child and cant keep running out.

I guess I should also add that I have tried in Safari, Firefox and Google Chrome...

It seems to me that your question would stand a better chance of being answered in the Snow Leopard or Lion discussions.

Misery loves company? I am sorry you all are still having the same problem.

Thanks Jerry, will try there too, I am trying everywhere.

    Did yours get fixed??

  • Kukutoo Level 1 Level 1

nothing ever got fixed. I talked to ebay again yesterday, and still waiting. They are supposed to let me know.

I posted in the safari discussion, and they mentioned using time machine to go back to an earlier version of safari (mine is running really slow at times).

Re: slow safari, make sure that you don't have a large number of unintended sessions running. Lion will restart any window that was running when you last closed and you can end up with a bunch. Look under the Window menu.

I'm having the same issues. last time this happened I had to update the java script plugin through adobe. I've updated my browsers since then. I've tried to update the java plug-in however, the adobe java script plug-in cannot be updated because it is not compatible with browsers above 5.0. Its the browsers issues and/or adobe's issue not ebay. I have issues printing from other sites due to this problem. In order for it to work you may need to find a previous version of your internet browser. HTH!

Today I was able to print out a USA shipping label. I am waiting to get another international order to try that label again.

Otherwise, I have heard nothing from ebay about this situation, but did call them again.

I will look to see how to upday jave plug in with Adobe.

I am having the same issue. Used almost every web browser possible and couldn't get an international label to print. Had to get on my kids Windows computer to print -- that took me about an hour just to figure out how to do it (I hate Windows)

I can print US labels but not international... has this ever been fixed?? I can't keep declining international shipping...
