how can I uninstall osx lion

This is a personal disaster. No printer. No Excel or Windows. Cost Cost Cost to fix it.

Slows up the system.

It reminds me of doing a windows upgrade. These guys are supposed to be better.

How do I get this thing out of my MacBook Pro/

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.0.x)

This is the reason why 'backing up' has become the No. 1 rule of computing over the last 10 years. Wanting to do it now is a bit late. You can do a fresh erase and install of Snow Leopard from your system disks and just hope you can copy over any data you need from the Lion backup, although I would be pretty sure that Mail may be gone and a lot of preferences will need to be reset. Someone else may have a better solution. But I would be seriously looking at WHY you are having issues running slow, as that is not the normal experience of Lion, except perhaps by some in a trouble shooting forum. And Office is obviously 2004 which won't work anymore but is seven years old after all.
