iPhone 4 factory unlocked ?

Hi! I've got an used iPhone 4 as 'factory unlocked'... To be sure, I've tried 3 different sims from the three operators in my country (portugal) and it works fine ! This means that indeed it's a factory unlocked ? It's a 16Gb one, model MC603B, 4.2.1 / 03.10.01. Thank you !

Yes, spyware can be installed on your phone by someone who has physical access to it.

how so because you can put another sim card in it correct? yes i have already stated that but if your were wanting to go to sprint or verizon or any other carrier that does NOT use sim cards it will have to be unlocked... CONTACT APPLE SUPPORT!!!!
