Add an account is greyed out

Add an account is greyed out

I have previously added my hotmail account and now want t add another however the option is greyed out..how do I add my new account?? Thx

In Settings > Restrictions > Accounts you likely have Don't Allow Changes checked. This would prevent you from adding, removing, or modifying accounts in Mail.........

Go to Settings>General>Restrictions and see if you have restrictions turned on . If so turn it off and the go to Allow Changes>Accounts and see if you have that disabled as well.
