What are you using as a mouse pad for Magic Mouse?
The Magic Mouse is not the best for graphic design but its what I have and I can make it work. Well, I have a MM that is 2 years old and the "feet" of the pad are worn down and almost rubbing on the on/off button. I've been considering gluing some metal or wooden strip to augment it but haven't gotten around to it yet.
Apple doesn't suggest what surface is ideal for the MM, only that it "just works". Well, it also, "just wears down".
Anyhoos, this week I purchased a new (to me) iMac and it came with a fresh MM. I would like this one to last a little longer so I am searching for a pad for it. So instead of being upset, I am wondering what surface YOU are using with your MM. I would especially like to hear from any 10+ hr./day users like me.
I tried a plexiglass sheet but the optics did not agree with it, an old foam/cloth mouse pad resulted in too much drag.
What are you using and would you recommend it?
iMac, Mac OS X (10.7)
