i played with a game and so i can't configure the normal key the same as (F4) of my keybord to launchpad.
It's like it's doesn't work.
i can only configure other key but i want have factory setting

Just reset it in Keyboard Prefrences - Keyboard Shortcuts - Launchpad & Dock - Click on the right side. It will look something like:
yes i have found it but i can not with origin key, i must bind an another key like F5 or F6
What was the original key?
it was the same as F4 , as F3 launch mission control
On my keyboard
F3 is Mission Control
F4 is Dashboard
F5 is Launchpad
That seems to work fine.
my F4 key is the origin as you can see on my pic. i can't bind this one, only fn+F4....
If i bind F5, it works good but i would like recovery factory settings.
i have contact apple support and i tell you when i have solution.

Because your computer is a much newer model than mine we have different keyboard layouts. I think you are wise contacting AppleCare and I look forward to hearing the resolution.

i have binded F5 key and monday i wil call again.
it's a lion's bug.
At beginning, launchpad is enabled,
in settings you see not the key witch use it,
but when you change the settings, you can not come back to factory settings.
I have tried with another user and it works good.
Maybe it will be ok in a future update too.
I will tell you the solution they would propose for me.
i have found the solution with Christian schmitt
you have to paste this in your terminal and restart to reboot:
rm ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.symbolichotkeys.plist
and i will be ok, he's as we say in france: "champion du monde !!!!"
