Time machine/capsule not working - Error 111.

I love my mac...

But right now I'm ready to throw it off the balcony!

Even since upgrading to lion, I've been having small issues arise, but they normally seem to sort themselves out.
HOWEVER, for some reason, my computer won't connect to the time capsule to back up (can still use it to connect to the internet though)

This is the error message I get:

"The backup disk image “/Volumes/Data/computernamehere.sparsebundle” could not be accessed (error 111)"

Any ideas?? I can't find anything on these support forums about this problem.
I'm not overly techno-language literate, and I am sorry for that, but I really need to get this fixed, because I'm sick of seeing that message pop up every 5 minutes!!!

Thanks in advance

I have a 2012 MacBook Pro 13 that came with OS X Lion. I have been using it wirh my brand new Time Capsule I got in May of this year and it has been working perfectly until my last back up on Aug 2nd.

The backup disk image “/Volumes/Data/computername.sparsebundle” could not be accessed (error 111).

That's the message I get. Oh not to mention that this MBP did not come with a recovery drive and I found out the other day that I need to do disk repairs, which is another headache by itself.

Apple needs to proivde some support solutions for this immediately!!!!

See #C17 in Time Machine - Troubleshooting

this MBP did not come with a recovery drive

If it came with Lion, it should have come with a recovery HD (on your internal HD). Are you sure you don't have one? See Using the Recovery HD for details.

If it really doesn't, you should be able to download a fresh copy of Lion, which will also install one. See OS X: About OS X Recovery
