Blank screen instead of App Store

Same problem here ;-(

Running iTunes on Windows 7 (32 bit).

Gonna try the uninstall workaround (without the QT 7.7 upgrade).

Apple: please fix!

Same problems! I using Japan app store and HK app store account login are same results.

The reinstall workaround (uninstall everything from Apple and reinstall iTunes) works great. Beware: DON'T upgrade QuickTime to version 7.7! Stay with the 7.6.9 version!

My App Store would not open and all the other iTune panes opened fine.

I did this on my PC using Windows 7.

Uninstall, Quicktime, Apple software update, Apple mobile device support, Bonjour, Apple application support.

Download new iTunes and opt for the Uninstall iTunes.

Download new iTunes again.

All now works, all music and apps 'magically joined up' and work/play fine and so does the App Store now !!!!

I probably did not have to uninstall Quicktime, software, mobile device, bonjour and apple application, but am not a computer bod and anyway all is fine.

p.s. you do have to firstly uninstall Quicktime, Apple Software Update, Apple Mobile Device Support, Bonjour and Apple Applications Support from Control Panel, Add or Remove Programmes. Then remove iTunes from the Apple site and then download iTunes from the Apple site. All then works.

I just went through all of that last week I don't want to do it again.

I had the same problem since Friday. Contacted apple support via phone told me to use online support. Used online support, got a response to call Apple support. Called Apple support again and they told me it might be a problem with my PC (Win 7 32 Bit). Could not help me. You thing they would be eager to resolved the problem especially when it involves the App Store feature.

Well, after reading these posts and following the uninstall/reinstall postings, the problem has been solved (it worked)...

Tonight's iTunes update to v10.4.1.10 and Quicktime 7.7 works fine here.

same here, with the update appstore works ok again.

Same problem here, Win 7 HP, x64. Why is Apple not weighing in on this? What kind of feraking company is this? Seems like they don't care... I'll tell you this... I'm NOT buyng any more Apple products or gift certs for Xmas. Apple is apparently too big to care anymore!
